Our School Rules

The rules and regulations of St. Arnold's Central School are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for every member of the school community. We expect all students to uphold these standards with pride and integrity.

General Conduct

  • Students must treat all teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times
  • Bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated
  • Students are responsible for their own property and must not damage school property
  • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on school premises during school hours
  • Students must not leave the school campus without prior written permission from parents and the school office

Attendance and Punctuality

  • Regular attendance is compulsory. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in examinations
  • Students must arrive before 8:00 AM. Late arrivals must report to the school office
  • Absence must be informed to the class teacher and supported with a written explanation from parents
  • Students must not be absent on days of examinations, sports day, or special events without prior permission

Academic Integrity

  • All work submitted must be the student's own. Copying, plagiarism, or cheating in examinations is a serious offence
  • Students must complete homework and assignments on time
  • School diaries must be maintained neatly and signed by parents weekly
  • Students must participate actively in class and maintain a respectful learning environment

Disciplinary Action

Violations of school rules may result in verbal warnings, written notices to parents, suspension, or in serious cases, expulsion. The school reserves the right to take appropriate action to maintain the safety and integrity of the school community.
